Techloop Goes Beyond CV-like Experience

  • 2 minutes read

Have you ever looked at any CV-like profile of an IT professional and thought to yourself, “I can see the experience they have for the past few years, but what do they want to do next? What technologies or work environment would be preferred? What is really important for them in a project?”

That’s where Techloop will give you the advantage. With the introduction of “Wishlist” IT professionals can fill in their desires so you can see if they could be a good fit for your team even before you message them.

At Techloop, we aim to make communication with IT professionals more efficient. Based on our data, a hiring company will lose on average 48 hours before receiving contact information from an IT professional. Not anymore!

With Techloop’s “Contact Sharing”, IT professionals can now share their CV, email, phone number and Github link directly with you in one simple click. Once shared, you will be notified by email and see shared information directly in their Techloop profile.

Last but not least, we introduced on request a new tag called “Contacted” where It is now visible which IT professionals you started a conversation with. By hovering over the tag, you will even see a list of Open positions that were sent in the past. With this information, it is easier to tailor current or future messages based on the IT professional’s status or previous reasons for declining an offer in the past.

Our goal is to make IT sourcing through Techloop as simple and efficient as possible. All these features wouldn’t exist without the support of our customers which is the most important to us! We will be happy to hear more feedback about future requests to help you succeed on Techloop for all IT sourcing needs.
