Techloop_Inbox_design

New Techloop inbox design and functions are here!

2020 is here! A lot happened over 2019 at Techloop, including many product updates such as intelligent matchmaking, Open Positions, jobs catalogue, contact sharing, knowledge base, and much more.

Some of you have probably set some New Year’s resolutions, (we certainly did!), and we all know how hard it is to keep up with them! With the beginning of the new decade, we told ourselves that we want to enter it with something new. And believe it or not, we completed our first resolution. Few days ago, we released a facelift to our Company app inbox.

So what does this new facelift give you apart from the new, simpler design?

You’ll never miss a new message anymore! Once you have a new message, the info box “New Messages” will be shown on the left. There you can immediately see automatically filtered which Open Position got the response and need action.

We also understand it’s important to keep track on who you responded to already and where you need to respond quickly! We’ve simplified this with the arrows in the inbox. The red arrow means that you are waiting for the reply. If the arrow is green, then you are the one who needs to make a next step. Don’t worry if you don’t remember it yet. When you hover over the arrows with a tooltip will be shown to remind you.

With the new inbox layout, we believe that it will help you even more with management of your conversations with IT Talents.

Let us know your feedback as we continuously want to improve the experience. Stay tuned, we have some big news coming for the end of the month, another New Year’s resolution we need to fulfill and look forward to sharing this with you soon!

See you in the loop!
